Integration

Before you can integrate our XML Web Service Interface your agency must have a commercial agreement with PANORAMA ITC TRAVEL. If your agency does not currently have this agreement, please contact us at incoming@panoramaitctravel.com

Please, follow the following steps in order to request the integration:

Select which services do you need between TRANSFERS, TOURS and HOTELS.

Contact with our Integrations Department at integrations@panoramaitctravel.com

PANORAMA ITC TRAVEL´s Integration Department will send you a Non Disclosure Agreement, which you must complete and
return before starting the integration process.

PANORAMA ITC TRAVEL will send you the development codes (test) which will enable you to start working on your integration.

Once your integration has been developed, you will need to send the URL of your preliminary integration to our Integration
Department at integrations@panoramaitctravel.com in order to approve it.

Once your integration was approved, our Integration Department will send you the production codes (you will need them to
publish the integration and enable real reservations through your agency's website.

PANORAMA ITC TRAVEL will attempt to solve any problem related to the integration process. Both during development and production. We will provide service and assistance regarding implementation and maintenance of the interface.
